The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs, always greeted with a smile! The hotel is located on the main road, close to caffes , pizzerias and local shops. The highlight of the hotel was the restaurant downstairs '30 PassiD'Aqua' by chef Salvatore. Fantastic food, great service and a wonderful ambience with modern decor. It was excellent to have the convenience of arranging the hotel shuttle to get to major train station in Naples and other locations if you desired. Highly recommended, i would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Pozzuoli in the future.

I especially like the staff. They were kind, helpful, and generous. The rooms were clean, towels were sufficient, the bed was comfortable, close to the supermarket, the sea view was wonderful, the employees spoke English adequately, and the lighting was adequate.

The environment was beautiful. The location of the hotel itself consisted of an extremely stunning view of the sea and was quite convenient because of the restaurants around. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well run. The size of our room was perfect and modern decoration. The staff was amazing, always there to help and efficient in their work.

The breakfast is wonderful. The view from our room and balcony is exceptional (Superior Room Accommodation with sea view).. The restaurant on the site is really good and elegant. The beds are comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. Parking lot secure and large. 20 minutes walking distance to the port. The hotel has also an inexpensive taxi service on demand. There is a famous award winning pizzeria just 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel and an inexpensive aperitif outdoor bar across the street with an amazing 360 view of the gulf. Impressed with the Spritz aperitif/appetizers there!

The hotel has recently been refurbished and is clean, smart, and very welcoming, and the staff are friendly. The room was very comfortable, our bags were brought up to the room when we checked in, the bed was super comfy and the shower was AMAZING! We really enjoyed our stay for the night and will definitely be back if we visit the area again.

Stylish room, well-lit, comfortable bed. Bathroom good, and very good shower. Nice to have a balcony. Has aircon, but wasn't needed. Very clean. Handy to have a restaurant on site which we used one night. Very good restaurant within 100 metres called Vente Due, which is very high end, but well worth paying for. Staff all friendly and helpful enough. Breakfast quite good all things considered.

Everything was fine, staff was nice. Lovely people, excellent food. Wonderful view of the sea. You can admire the sunset from the room.

I’m actually from the area but I’ve never really spot this fabulous gem , of the upper side of Pozzuoli. The view of the sea is impeccable. And it’s at 10 minutes from the Cumana (local train ) and at 15 min from the metropolitan that connects to different part of the region. ☺️

Mary on reception was wonderful what a lovely lady! Great stay in a fabulous hotel. Restaurant attached was amazing with great staff who were very helpful as we did not speak Italian! The food was amazing too! Thankyou 😁

Very friendly staffs, has everything that I needed for the stay, thick curtains to not let sunlight in, convenient location!
